| Very kind staff. Waiting area is professional and well maintained. Was clear about the costs, and with their recommendations on what parts to go budget vs to invest in. Quick turn around service. Also transparent about what services NEED to be done, vs what can wait for later - did not feel pushed to make additional purchases. They even gave tips on things I can do for routine maintenance to save money in the long run (essentially costing them money as it would be better for them to fully replace, rather than just maintain it) |

| Lans, Joel and Brad and the new girl were amazing. My 79' Vette was sold but the clutch fan was non-functioning, the car ran hot and the GEN light flashed at low speed. I also had an oil leak. In the 11th hour, the light went solid, and "the new girl" sourced me an Alternator which Brad raced to get in town. Ninety-minute later I was able to leave and get to Waterloo without incident and pickup my trade. They pulled out all the stops to get me on the road. |

| The staff at Kiff?s are always polite, informative & they have a great sense of humour. Joel usually primarily works on our vehicle, he does amazing work.
