| My philosophy on car maintenance has been to do preventive maintenance. Robert and his staff have been a great help in keeping my vehicles on the road. However, recently a serious brake problem suddenly came up - my fault. I needed the car the next day. Kiff Auto went the extra mile, on what was already a very busy day for them, to fix my brakes on the day that I called in. I had my car back by 10:30 am! |

| Your mechanic was a godsend at a time of emergency. My muffler started sounding like ten tanks and I still had to get to Barrys Bay and back to st. Carharines after the weekend. All the people were friendly and my car was taken for analysis almost right away even though it was lunchtime. A gasket was ordered in no time,screws were tightened and I was back in the saddle thanks to your wonderful shop and service. |
