| Your mechanic was a godsend at a time of emergency. My muffler started sounding like ten tanks and I still had to get to Barrys Bay and back to st. Carharines after the weekend. All the people were friendly and my car was taken for analysis almost right away even though it was lunchtime. A gasket was ordered in no time, screws were tightened and I was back in the saddle thanks to your wonderful shop and service. |

| My vehicle is always repaired properly and I am made aware of any problems that will require attention in the near or distant future. |
