Would actually rate them 4.5 stars out of 5. Dropped in to have a noise problem diagnosed. Was asked to leave vehicle and they would fit it in as soon as they could. Returned an hour later to get items from my car and was informed they had already diagnosed the problem. Rob and his staff were very professional and I was happy they were able to diagnose the problem so quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Soo |

Kiff auto helped me buy my first car with ease and they really helped me through the process. They're a very friendly te,am, and are always very responsive through phone and email. Their vehicle servicing can be a little bit more expensive than other mechanics but you get what you pay for as they always do a fantastic job with repairs and other work to be done on a car, and they get things done very fast. |

Dropped vehicle off Wednesday and was told the work would be done Thursday, called Friday and it wasn?t done, called Monday it still wasn?t done, picked the vehicle up on Tuesday after calling Tuesday morning and telling I was not getting any further repairs done. Had to wait for half an hour while they fumbled trying to overcharge me on two different bills. |

Shop Comment Hello Dave. It's unfortunate about the mix-up with your final invoice being incomplete when you came to collect your truck. It should have been ready. The tech who cashed you out should have realized an invoice for $150 was well under the originally quoted $250-300, plus the additional (phone authorized) rough running diagnostic charge. (I note that you also did not question him on an invoice that was less then half of what should have been expected?) So I apologize profusely for the poor execution of your invoicing. We absolutely deserved that low rating. No excuses. However, it is not right to rate our quote accuracy as a 2 (out of 5). You were charged $389. This includes $289, (of original $250-300 quote) and our base diagnostic charge of $100. We pride ourselves on customer service with accurate quoting, on-time/correct repairs, backing up our work, and as hassle free as possible scheduling and payment options. Your experience at Kiff Auto was definitely not the norm for one part of that, and I sincerely regret that. Measures have been taken to prevent a repeat. My apologies again. Thank you. Rob Kiff |
