| Would actually rate them 4.5 stars out of 5. Dropped in to have a noise problem diagnosed. Was asked to leave vehicle and they would fit it in as soon as they could. Returned an hour later to get items from my car and was informed they had already diagnosed the problem. Rob and his staff were very professional and I was happy they were able to diagnose the problem so quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Soo |

| Kiff auto helped me buy my first car with ease and they really helped me through the process. They're a very friendly te,am, and are always very responsive through phone and email. Their vehicle servicing can be a little bit more expensive than other mechanics but you get what you pay for as they always do a fantastic job with repairs and other work to be done on a car, and they get things done very fast. |

| I wasn?t going to say anything but then I get this email soliciting ?tell a friend? and leave a review, so I will. Told me lead time was two weeks to service a misfire condition but it sat outside for ten. No evidence they even looked at it (heavy road grime from nearby highway on front of hood was untouched) but they charged me the diagnostic fee anyway. Was happy to pay just to get it out of there. | Dropped vehicle off Wednesday and was told the work would be done Thursday, called Friday and it wasn?t done, called Monday it still wasn?t done, picked the vehicle up on Tuesday after calling Tuesday morning and telling I was not getting any further repairs done. Had to wait for half an hour while they fumbled trying to overcharge me on two different bills. |
